Patrick F. Crooks

Patrick F. Crooks is the President of Forrest Crooks Associates. Before starting FCA in 1990, Mr. Crooks was president of GATX Realty Corporation and GATX Golf Capital, which he formed and developed into leaders in real estate investment, merchant banking and golf course financing.  He has held senior positions with major real estate development and financial companies, including Morguard Investments, Cadillac Fairview, Carma Developers and the Bovis Corporation.
